Rosnay is an organic farm in Canowindra NSW, that produces wines, figs and olives.
These organically grown figs are graded and spiked with a fork, then gently poached in a spiced syrup containing certified organic raw sugar, Rosnay port, organic apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, clove and lemon.
